Roshan is a sports management professional with extensive experience across India’s North, West, and South regions. Before joining Druid Sport, he worked with leading rights holders - Star Sports, JioHotstar, Sony Sports and collaborated with major agencies in the sports and entertainment broadcast space, focusing on sports advertising sales, sponsorship sales, commercial strategy, business development, sports data operations, and event management.
From 2018 to 2025, he played a key role in major sports advertising and sponsorship initiatives, working extensively across the IPL, Cricket World Cups, India’s bilateral cricket series, the Premier League, Pro Kabaddi League, the Indian Super League and Major Tennis Grand Slams. With a strong foundation in sports management and a keen focus on commercial strategy and revenue growth, he brings a unique mix of sales expertise, business insight, and on-ground experience working in different markets.
As General Manager – Commercial Partnerships at Druid Sport India, Roshan will oversee the agency’s business operations across the Indian Subcontinent while also contributing to its global commercial expansion. His work centres on building high-value partnerships, strengthening Druid’s presence in key markets, and developing new verticals that will drive the agency’s next phase of international growth.
Roshan holds a Master’s in International Business from the Singapore Institute of Management Global Education, Singapore (affiliated with the University of Birmingham) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management from IISM, Mumbai. He is fluent in four languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, and Malayalam. He is a state-level cricketer who represented Maharashtra in the Under-17 category and ranked among the top 20 players in the state across the Under-15, Under-17, and Under-19 age groups, reflecting a cricketing journey of more than 10 years.
His favourite sports include cricket, tennis, and badminton, with a growing interest for Indian football and the Indian Olympic movement. Among his most cherished sporting moments is India’s victory in the inaugural T20 Cricket World Cup and Neeraj Chopra's Olympic gold medal in Javelin.
