Yojana is a dynamic sports marketing professional with multi-sector experience across brand partnerships, campaign strategy, digital content sales, and athlete management. Prior to joining Druid Sport, she worked with leading sports organisations including JSW Sports, The Bridge, and Women’s CricZone, driving brand visibility, commercial growth, and fan engagement through strategic collaborations in sport and media.
Her work spans athlete partnerships with India’s top sporting icons, as well as brand alliances with major national and international brands. Having built and executed integrated campaigns around key sporting moments, from the ICC Women’s World Cup to Olympic athlete storytelling, Yojana brings a sharp mix of creative thinking, analytical depth, and commercial insight to every project.
As Senior Commercial Partnerships Executive at Druid Sport, Yojana plays a key role in driving sponsorship sales across India and the Indian subcontinent. Her role centres on building enduring brand relationships and delivering impactful partnerships that align with the agency’s long-term commercial growth in the region.
Yojana holds a Master’s in International Sports Management from ITTI (Spain) and a Bachelor of Commerce from India. She has also completed certifications in Sports Marketing (Northwestern University) and the Rajasthan Royals Sports Marketing Foundation Course (Deakin University).
A strong communicator and strategist, Yojana blends her background in marketing and research with a deep understanding of the sports ecosystem to craft high-performing, insight-led brand partnerships.
Yojana’s favourite sport is cricket, a game she’s deeply connected to as a former player herself. Her most cherished sporting memory is India reaching the 2017 ICC Women’s World Cup Final — a bittersweet yet proud moment that proved Indian women’s cricket could command the world’s attention.
