Madhawi is a sports marketing professional with a background in data analytics. Before joining Druid Sport, she gained experience through her family’s real estate business, where she developed strong skills in client relations, market research, and investment coordination. This exposure provided her with a solid foundation in commercial negotiation, data interpretation, and stakeholder management.
Having completed an intensive Data Analytics bootcamp, she built a strong understanding of how to use data to identify patterns, support strategic decision-making, and enhance business performance. Combining this analytical mindset with her passion for sport, she brings a results-driven and commercially focused approach to sponsorship and partnership development.
As a Sales Support Executive at Druid Sport, Madhawi supports the agency’s commercial team in developing naming rights and sponsorship opportunities. She contributes to brand research, valuation benchmarking, and sales coordination across the region.
Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, complemented by a Data Analytics bootcamp.
Her favourite sports are fencing and football, and her favourite sporting moment is Al Hilal scoring in the final minute of extra time against Al Nassr to win the King’s Cup in 2015.
