In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Druid is the exclusive Naming Rights & Sponsorship sales agency for the Sports Boulevard Project in Riyadh - the world’s largest linear park, stretching over 135 km from West to East across the city. As one of the most ambitious sports-led urban regeneration projects globally, it is central to Riyadh’s transformation.
About The Role
We’re hiring a sharp, motivated Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our Riyadh team and lead high-value commercial partnerships across the Sports Boulevard portfolio.
This is not a support role - we’re looking for someone with hands-on experience managing or selling sponsorships, whether on the brand side, rightsholder side, or at a sports marketing agency. You’ll work directly with senior brand leaders, develop tailored proposals, and help close multi-million-dollar deals.
You’ll report into the VP and play a frontline role in shaping Druid’s commercial footprint in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales outreach to key brand prospects across priority sectors (banking, auto, airlines, tech, real estate, etc.)
- Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitch to negotiation and close
- Collaborate with sponsorship strategy and marketing team to shape compelling propositions.
- Build customised proposals and sales materials in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage and maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools and regular reporting
- Represent Druid Sport in meetings with CMOs, agencies, and C-suite executives
- Provide commercial insight into brand strategy and how sponsorships can drive tangible value
- Support wider business development for Druid Sport across the KSA market
- Attend key meetings, events, and showcases across KSA and the wider GCC
- Support partner onboarding and activation planning, ensuring long-term value delivery
Ideal Candidate
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales or partnership management
- Experience may be on the brand, rightsholder, or agency side
- Strong track record of closing B2B sponsorship or marketing deals
- Fluent in Arabic and English - essential
- Confident presenter, able to engage senior decision-makers with credibility
- Comfortable navigating complex organisations and long sales cycles
- Strong commercial instincts and a clear understanding of how brands evaluate partnerships
- Existing relationships within KSA’s brand and media ecosystem
- Familiarity with sports, entertainment, or cultural sponsorship in the region
- Saudi Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Organised, self-motivated, and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Competent intermediate to advanced level with Microsoft Office package in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales reporting
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
